2. Shallow vortex concave air flotation machine: The shallow air flotation machine is cylindrical in shape, compact in structure, and has a shallow water tank. The way bubbles are generated is the same as that of a dissolved gas winch, but the main external structure is different. It is suitable for treating large amounts of wastewater. Shallow air flotation machines are widely used in water supply purification, pre-treatment and deep treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater. The main applications include:

(1) The vortex concave air flotation machine removes algae from municipal water or tap water sourced from lakes, reducing turbidity.

(2) Pre treatment and deep treatment of industrial wastewater treatment processes such as petrochemicals, textiles, printing and dyeing, papermaking, slaughtering, leather making, and food industry after biochemistry.

(3) The recovery of useful substances from wastewater such as papermaking and fiber recovery from white water. 

3. The main structure of a vortex concave air flotation machine includes an aeration device, an air flotation device, a chain scraper, and a solid discharge machine. It has a rectangular shape and the bubbles are generated by the aeration head. It is the most economical and cost-effective, but the effect is slightly worse than the first two. For example, if the effluent quality requirements are not particularly high, a vortex concave air flotation machine can generally be selected. Therefore, the selection of an air flotation machine is determined by water quality requirements and treatment capacity.

Characteristics of vortex concave air flotation machine:

The vortex concave air flotation machine is mainly used to treat the rising process of oil and suspended solids in industrial and domestic wastewater. Microbubbles attach to suspended solids and float on the water surface, using the apparent tension of water and air to form microbubbles and maintain the existence of water waves. Secondly, sewage treatment equipment requires a tank body, vortex concave aerator, particle installation, slag discharge installation, and supporting coagulation tank. The vortex aerator is the central equipment for generating microbubbles, and its task principle is to suck air into the bottom of the tank in a vacuum negative pressure form formed by the centripetal force of the high-speed rotating impeller. The high-speed rotation of the impeller cuts off the air and decomposes it into microbubbles, which are dispersed in the water.

3. The vortex concave air flotation machine has very few moving and maintenance components, and the operation is very complex. 

4. The sewage treatment equipment has good overall integrity, is easy to install, and saves 40% -60% of the occupied space; 5. Fragmentation is a complex and special way of dispersing air into water in extremely large bubbles, unlike dissolved gas suspensions that require compressors, pressure dissolved air tanks, dissolved gas emitters, and high-pressure pumps.
