The vortex concave air flotation machine is mainly used to treat the rising process of oil and suspended solids in industrial and domestic wastewater. Microbubbles attach to suspended solids and float on the water surface, using the apparent tension of water and air to form microbubbles and maintain the existence of water waves. The vortex aerator is the central equipment for generating microbubbles, and its task principle is to suck air into the bottom of the tank in a vacuum negative pressure form formed by the centripetal force of the high-speed rotating impeller. The high-speed rotation of the impeller cuts off the air and decomposes it into microbubbles, which are dispersed in the water.
