The dissolved gas release chamber and the separation chamber are located in the same tank. Separated in the middle, the dissolved air water adheres to the flocculated raw water, slowly rises, and enters the air flotation separation chamber, ensuring the contact space and time between the floc and the micro bubbles, and achieving a release rate of 80-100% for the dissolved air water. For the air flotation equipment, the dissolved air system is like the "heart" of the air flotation equipment and is also the main component of the air flotation equipment. At this stage, the air and water are sucked in together at the inlet of the pump, and are sheared and pressurized by the impeller in the dissolved air tank to mix into dissolved air water. The gas-liquid phase is fully mixed and reaches saturation. The gas content of the entire dissolved air system reaches 10%, and the solubility of the gas is less than 100%, making the distribution of micro bubbles during gas dispersion uniform, with an average bubble diameter of less than 30um. The dissolved air flotation sewage treatment machine is a steel structure, and its working principle is that the air sent to the air tank by the air compressor is brought into the dissolved air tank through the jet device, and is forcibly dissolved in water at a pressure of 0.35Mpa<, forming dissolved air water, which is sent to the air flotation tank. In the case of sudden release, air dissolved in the water precipitates, forming a large number of microbubbles that fully contact the suspended solids in the sewage that is being flocculated after being pumped and treated with chemicals. During the slow rise process, they adsorb onto the flocculated suspended solids, causing their density to decrease and float to the water surface, achieving the goal of removing SS and CODcr. The structure of the dissolved air flotation sewage treatment machine mainly consists of the following parts: 1. Air flotation tank: a circular steel structure, which is the main body and core of the sewage treatment machine, and is composed of a release device, a distributor, sewage pipes, outlet pipes, sludge tanks, scraper systems, etc. The release device is placed in the central position of the air flotation machine and is a key component for producing microbubbles. The solution gas and water from the dissolved gas tank are fully mixed with the wastewater here, and suddenly released, generating violent agitation and eddies, forming microbubbles with a diameter of less than 20-80um. As a result, the flocs adhering to the water rise and the clean water is completely separated. The homogenizer has a conical structure and is connected to the release device. Its main function is to evenly distribute the separated clean water and sludge in the tank. The outlet pipes are evenly distributed at the lower part of the tank and connected to the upper part of the tank through an upright main pipe for overflow. The overflow outlet is equipped with a water level adjustment handle for easy adjustment of the water level inside the tank. The sludge pipe is installed at the bottom of the tank to discharge the sediment deposited at the bottom of the tank. The upper part of the tank is equipped with a sludge tank, and there is a scraper on the tank. The scraper continuously rotates to scrape the floating sludge into the sludge tank and flows automatically into the sludge tank. 2. Dissolved gas system: The dissolved gas system mainly consists of a dissolved gas tank, a gas storage tank, an air compressor, and a high-pressure pump. The dissolved gas tank is a key part of the system, and its function is to achieve full contact with air and accelerate air dissolution. It is a sealed pressure resistant steel tank designed with baffles and separators inside, which can accelerate the diffusion and mass transfer process of air and water, and improve the efficiency of gas dissolution. 3. Pharmaceutical tank: used for dissolving and storing medicinal liquids, two of which are dissolution tanks with stirring devices, and the other two are pharmaceutical storage tanks, with volumes matching the processing capacity.
