When the total flow rate of wastewater is too high, the horizontal flow velocity of the air flotation tank accelerates, the residence time decreases, and the upward separation of the inclined plate sedimentation tank body is not good; Excessive flow velocity can cause excessive turbulence in the separated area, leading to the crushing of foam aggregates. When the water flow rate is too high, the relative height of the weir plate should be adjusted immediately to prevent wastewater from entering the sludge system software.

02. The water flow rate of the air flotation aerator, the working pressure of the holding liquid and dissolution tank, and the turbidity of the dissolved water and water resources should be low. The lower the turbidity, the easier it is for the gas to dissolve; The water flow rate and liquid holding capacity of the air flotation device (air flotation device water flow rate/raw water flow rate) are calculated based on the water body conditions. The higher the working pressure of the dissolved water gas, the easier it is for oxygen to dissolve into the water. The working pressure range is 4.0-5.0kg/cm2. The adjustment of the working pressure of the dissolved water tank can be based on the inlet and outlet valves of the floating dissolved water gas. When closed tightly, the working pressure increases, and when loosened, the working pressure decreases. If the source water flocs increase, the liquid holding capacity can be moderately increased, but the pressure of the air flotation device water should also be considered; At the same time, ensure the normal operating status of the reflux pump.

The harm of coagulants and pH values to the actual effect of steam flotation is generally that the higher the COD concentration of the source water, the more drugs need to be added; The higher the concentration of suspended solids in the source water, the more medication needs to be added. For the production of inclined plate sedimentation tanks, there is a suitable amount of mud. If this amount is exceeded, the actual effect of the inclined plate sedimentation tank will decrease. If it is exceeded too much, it will have the opposite protective effect. In addition, special attention should be paid to the ratio and order of drug addition. Coagulants (such as PAC) can eliminate hydrophobic groups throughout the hydrolysis reaction, causing suspended solids and plant oils to flocculate with each other, while also allowing some of the melted proteins to precipitate in small particles. The coagulant PAM has a high relative molecular weight and has the functions of adsorption, railway bridge and connection, and sweeping. It enables the small particles generated under the coagulant effect to adsorb and connect with each other, thereby producing large flocs that are quickly extracted from water. With the combined effect of PAC and PAM, large flocs are produced. Therefore, PAC needs to be added to the sewage before PAM is added. The commonly used coagulant PAM is an acidic or alkaline coagulant with a suitable pH value. When the pH value of the wastewater exceeds the appropriate pH value, it will cause the melting or crushing of the inclined plate sedimentation tank body, which poses a very bad hazard to the mechanical filter steam flotation separation. Therefore, in the operation process, it is necessary to detect and manipulate the pH value of water seepage. 04. The scraping frequency of the sludge concentrator is related to the thickness of the sludge floating on the top of the air flotation aerator. The higher the thickness, the lower the moisture content, which may cause a decrease in the fluidity of the sludge, block the discharge pipeline, and continue to increase the sludge concentration and viscosity in the subsequent sludge tank, making it difficult to improve. Too much sludge can cause an overall increase in relative density, making it difficult to separate the sludge and endangering the water output. Therefore, the scraping frequency should be adjusted based on the amount of sludge caused.

05. Cleaning of parts of air flotation aerator: Chemical wastewater and wastewater generally contain a high proportion of Ca2+and SO42-, and some flotation agents are added during the entire air flotation process. After the mechanical filter system software operates for a period of time, a layer of scale adheres to the air flotation equipment wheel and rolling bearings, which will reduce the efficiency of the air flotation system software. Therefore, the steam float inclined pipe and pressure relief valve should be cleaned on time. At the same time, it is necessary to check the integrity of the pressure relief valve, whether it is corroded, whether the pipeline is leaking, and whether it is blocked.
