1、 The main purpose of air flotation equipment is to treat industrial wastewater and solve domestic wastewater in refineries, chemical plants, brewing, edible oil manufacturing and refining, slaughtering, electroplating processes, printing and dyeing factories, etc.

2、 Principle of air flotation equipment: The basic principle of an air flotation machine is to inject a lot of gas into the water quality, relieve pressure, and generate many small bubbles. The bubbles adhere to floating chemicals. Suspended solids condense together under the suction of fine bubbles and float to the river surface with the bubbles. Under the effect of the scraper, the sludge is separated from the water quality, and the heavy residue will settle at the bottom and be discharged on time according to the sewage treatment system software.

4、 Before adjusting the air flotation equipment: completely clean different parts of the air flotation equipment; Check the integrity and level of the centrifugal water pump and air compressor of the air flotation device, including the lubrication oil supply of the circulation pump, the tightness and looseness of the filling material, and the refueling pump oil of the air compressor; Check the switch power supply and wiring, and perform a brief full load operation to determine if the pump and air compressor are properly biased, if there is any noise or heating phenomenon; Equip coagulants as required, control the concentration value, and based on sample experiments, determine the amount of drug slurry; Open and close the valve bodies of each part, and place the open or closed parts according to the requirements; Remove all safety relief valves and inspect for blockages; Check if the assembly of this product on the pipeline connecting the steam tank and the air compressor is appropriate; According to the working pressure of the solvent pump plus 29.4kPa, adjust the working pressure stroke switch of the air compressor to ensure that the water in the solvent tank does not enter the air bag of the air compressor.

5、 Adjustment process of air flotation equipment:

1) Introduce cold water into the air flotation tank to check for any leakage in various parts of the tank.

2) Inject water into the centrifugal water pump of the air flotation device and discharge it. After operation, slowly open the inlet and outlet water pipe valves until they are fully opened.

3) When the water volume inside the air flotation device increases and the working pressure reaches the value that the centrifugal water pump can provide, suddenly open the outlet valve of the dissolved gas cylinder to clean the dissolved gas tube with high-pressure water. Repeat this process several times. Then run the air compressor until the pressure inside the dissolution tank reaches 490kPa. Similarly, suddenly open the water outlet valve of the dissolution tank to clean the dissolution support gas pipeline again with air, and repeat this process several times. Still clean several times with high-pressure water. Repeat the actual operation in that way until the dissolved gas pipeline is cleaned up, and then turn off the centrifugal water pump and air compressor of the air flotation device.

4) Open the vent valves of the touch chamber and reflection chamber to lower the water level to a certain aspect ratio or vent oneself.

5) Assemble the safety relief valves one by one and tighten them by hand. (No need to tighten with a wrench)

6) Turn on the centrifugal water pump and air compressor of the air flotation device again. When the working pressure of the air compressor is higher than the load of the centrifugal water pump, slightly open the shut-off valve to allow water vapor to enter the air flotation device of the dissolution tank at the same time. Be careful not to open the valve too wide to prevent water backflow caused by a sudden drop in the working pressure of the air compressor.

7) When the water level indicator pipe of the dissolved gas tank is observed to have a water level of about one meter, all the water outlet valves of the dissolved gas tank should be opened, and the release status and actual effect of the dissolved water should be observed in the laboratory.

8) Use a shut-off valve to control the supply of air to the air compressor until the water level of the steam tank is basically stable within the range of 0.6-1.0 meters (neither swallowing the filling material nor being too low). A small amount of water level lift can be adjusted by fully opening the steam tank exhaust valve. Open the inlet and outlet valves to avoid interception at the outlet and outlet gate valves, and prevent premature release of bubbles.

9) After the air flotation device and release system software are functioning properly, open the drainage valve and invest slightly more funds in the coagulant aid.

10) Manipulate the water valve to limit the inlet flow rate within the designed water flow range.

11) Manipulate the outlet gate valve of the air flotation tank to stabilize the water level line in the slag collection slot. After the water level line is stable, use machine equipment such as steam flow meters and smart water meters to measure the water flow rate, and adjust the inlet and outlet gate valves until the total flow rate of the design scheme is reached.

12) Continuous monitoring of key water quality indicators is necessary during the early stages of operation. Unqualified effluent should be discharged directly into the drainage system software or returned to the collection tank according to the pipeline. After reaching the standard, the building will enter the later stage of disposal. If the water body is too good, the amount of drug sludge can be gradually reduced until everything is normal.

6、 Daily inspection and maintenance management of air flotation equipment:

1) Regularly maintain the filling material and intake system of the air compressor and centrifugal water pump, and frequently supply oil.

2) Based on the inclined plate sedimentation tank of the reflection tank, the air sludge in the air flotation machine area, and the effluent water body, pay attention to adjusting the main parameters such as the sludge amount of the coagulant aid, especially to avoid blockage of the dosing tube.

3) Regularly observe the condition of the air flotation tank surface. If it is found that the sludge surface in the contact area is uneven, with large bubbles or unstable water flow in some areas, a safety relief valve should be selected to remove the blockage; If the surface of the separated sludge is uneven and there are often large bubbles cracking on the surface of the pool, it indicates that the adhesion between bubbles and flocs is not good. The concrete system software should be checked and adjusted or reasonable measures should be taken (such as adding surfactants, etc.); If the water does not pass the standard, it will return to the collection tank and enter the later processing system software.

4) Regularly check the water level indicator pipe of the steam tank to control it within a certain range (generally within 60-100 cm). To ensure the actual effectiveness of the air flotation device. To prevent many gases from entering the floating pool and damaging the actual effect of purified water and the oxide layer due to the misalignment of the water level line in the steam tank. Special attention should be paid to the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment that is equipped with an automatic control system for the dissolved steam tank level gauge.

5) Keep good records of daily operations, including water flow rate, dosage, air flotation device water flow rate, working pressure, temperature, electricity consumption, inflow and outflow water bodies, slag cleaning cycle time, sludge moisture content, etc.

6) In the low temperature stage of winter, due to the poor performance of the inclined plate sedimentation tank, in addition to generally increasing the dosage, sometimes it is necessary to correspondingly increase the water flow rate or working pressure of the air flotation device to allow a large number of microbubbles to adhere to the flocs, in order to fill the upward regulation characteristics of the air carrying flocs caused by the increase in water viscosity and ensure the normal operation of the effluent water.
