Analysis of the reasons for abnormal operation of the air flotation machine during startup

The use of an air flotation machine is still very simple, but occasionally abnormal phenomena may occur. This requires us to pay more attention to observation, such as abnormal pressure gauges, no bubbles in the reaction zone, and so on. So, how should we solve this problem specifically? Please refer to the following analysis.

1. Pressure gauge has no pressure

When the pressure gauge of the dissolved gas tank shows zero after the booster pump is running, it means that the booster pump cannot pump water because there is air in the pump. At this time, the stop button of the booster pump should be pressed to stop the operation of the booster pump, and then the exhaust valve of the booster pump should be opened to discharge the air and water together. Restart the booster pump. If there is still air in the pump, continue with the above steps until the air is completely removed and the pressure gauge of the dissolved gas tank indicates within the range of 0.35~0.5Mpa. The pressure has not yet been reached, check if there are any other leaks.

<2. No bubbles in the reaction zone of the air flotation machine

If there are no large amounts of tiny bubbles rising from the reaction zone of the air flotation machine after 30 minutes of operation of the booster pump, it indicates that the suction part of the jet injector is active and the jet injector is unable to suck in air. The main reasons are:

(1) Jet nozzle blockage. Disassemble the jet injector, check the regulating ball valve of the jet injector, and remove any debris if it is blocked.

(2) The amount of air inhaled is too low. Slowly adjust the regulating ball valve of the intake jet injector and touch it with your hand at the air intake port to feel if any gas is being sucked in. Repeatedly adjust the ball valve of the intake jet injector to maintain the pressure of the dissolved gas tank at 0.35! Between 0.5 MPa, and gas is drawn in from the air intake port. Be careful not to inhale too much air, otherwise it will cause too much air to enter the booster pump and prevent water from being pumped out. The pressure of the dissolved gas tank decreases.

3. The surface of the borrowed floating slag is uneven, with large bubbles appearing locally or unstable water flow

Reason: Possible blockage of the release device. Remove the release device and check if it is blocked. If it is blocked, remove any debris from the release device.

When abnormal phenomena occur in the air flotation machine, do not ignore them to prevent serious consequences. I also hope that everyone can learn to do simple handling work when using the air flotation machine, in order to reduce damage to the air flotation machine.
